3.Upon acceptance, we will e-mail a Welcome Letter, directions and a map to get into the Forest Reserve and our property.

Before reservation dates are confirmed and accepted, we require guests to provide a reference letter from the local church or organization they are working with, to include
- where they are visiting from
- date(s) of engagement
- contact information of local church or organization
References letters will not be posted on website, but may be kept for future visits.
